• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Experience in e-commerce is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and e-commerce backend systems

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

• Good communication skills

1. Respond to customer inquiries and manage online orders across e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.

2. Handle order processing, including packing and coordinating deliveries with courier services to ensure smooth fulfilment.

3. Update and maintain accurate sales data in the POS system, ensuring all records are up to date.

4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock consistency between the website and POS system.

5. Assist with returns, exchanges, and other ad-hoc tasks related to e-commerce operations.
