Job Description

Requirements

  1. Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.

  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail marketing, social media, or promotional design.

  3. Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred.

  4. Creative, proactive, and passionate about stationery or retail products.

Responsibilities

  • Promote stationery products to walk-in customers and online shoppers.

  • Plan and execute monthly in-store promotions, displays, and campaigns.

  • Create and design POP materials, foam boards, and visuals for store promotions and events.

  • Understand product features to develop social media content and promotional designs.

  • Manage and update product information, listings, and campaigns for the online store / e-platforms.

  • Prepare promotional messages (e.g., SMS blasts, membership campaigns).

  • Monitor promotion results and prepare monthly marketing reports.

  • To gather market insights, improve marketing strategies, and provide monthly reports.
