Requirements
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the company's system.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information, sales history, and other relevant data.
Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a professional and timely manner.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently for various administrative and sales support tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments in both English and Mandarin to facilitate smooth business operations.
Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-up processes.
Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of the administrative functions of the office.
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sales processes, including inventory and logistics coordination.
Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy and organized workspace to support efficient daily operations.
