Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the company's system.

  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information, sales history, and other relevant data.

  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a professional and timely manner.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently for various administrative and sales support tasks.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments in both English and Mandarin to facilitate smooth business operations.

  • Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-up processes.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of the administrative functions of the office.

  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing basic information about products/services and directing complex queries to the appropriate sales representative.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on accurate data entry.

  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents as required by the sales department.

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sales processes, including inventory and logistics coordination.

  • Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy and organized workspace to support efficient daily operations.
