岗位职责
Act as a key contact to support client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
Assist in marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical).
Collect client feedback and support product/system improvements.
Provide product-related consultation, training, and documentation.
Coordinate account setup and communication with external stakeholders.
Handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
