Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and latte art.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and handle inquiries efficiently.

Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems for order taking and payment processing.

Knowledge of food handling and safety standards to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.

Experience in preparing a variety of beverages beyond coffee, including teas, juices, and other specialty drinks.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Accurate cash handling skills and experience with managing financial transactions.

Basic understanding of inventory management principles to assist with stock control and ordering.

Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with customers and colleagues.

Willingness to work full-time hours at our onsite location in Jalan Stesen Sentral, Bandar Kuala Lumpur.

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages according to Tiramisu&coffee's standards and recipes.

Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations on menu items.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including brewing stations, counters, and customer seating areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and reporting needs to management.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and provide exceptional customer service.

Prepare and serve light food items and pastries, ensuring they are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
