Telecontinent Hiring! Full Time Inside Sales Executive in WP Kuala Lumpur, Earn up to MYR 2,800 + commission - Ricebowl

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or outbound sales environment

• Experience in telecommunication, broadband, or VAS sales is an added advantage

• Comfortable handling outbound calls and meeting daily and monthly sales targets

• Willingness to work in alignment with Singapore time zone or public holidays, when required

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus for campaign needs)

• Strong listening skills with the ability to handle objections professionally

• Sales-driven, energetic, and resilient in a target-based environment

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing products, scripts, and processes

• Basic understanding of call centre KPIs such as conversion rate, talk time, and adherence

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

• Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality

• Positive attitude, patient, and open to coaching and feedback

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell WiFi Mesh devices, Broadband VAS, and TV VAS

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead

• Follow approved sales scripts, product knowledge, and compliance guidelines

• Ensure full compliance with Singtel policies, including PDPA regulations

• Accurately update customer information, disposition outcomes, and sales records in CRM systems

• Handle customer objections and inquiries professionally and confidently

• Adhere strictly to work schedules, call quality standards, and company policies

• Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and product training

• Take ownership of personal performance and continuously improve conversion results

• Escalate system issues, customer complaints, or potential compliance risks promptly to the team lead

• Work closely with QA by addressing feedback and improving call quality scores

• Contribute positively to team culture, engagement activities, and performance-driven environment

Working hours

• 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday, Saturday Alternate)

• Location: Level 17, Menara Tokio Marine Life, No. 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.
  

Salary Package

• Basic salary (RM2,400-RM2,700) , Attendance allowance (RM100), Mandarin Language allowance (RM300), Commission, Overall remuneration including commission RM1,000 - RM8,000+!!
