High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer data.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Ability to generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and task execution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within a 50-person company.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, accurately entering new leads, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining up-to-date contact information.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports by gathering necessary data, formatting documents, and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate sales activities and schedules, including booking appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel logistics for sales representatives.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, responding to customer queries, and directing them to the appropriate sales team member when necessary.
Process sales orders, generate invoices, and track payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, such as event coordination, collateral distribution, and lead generation activities.
