·           No experience needed, Training will be provided

·           Must be able to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with shifts subject to change

·           Operate POS system efficiently and accurately.

·           Issue receipts and ensure correct change is given.

·           Monitor order queue and manage peak-hour workflow.

·           Take orders accurately and confirm details with customers.

·           Provide product recommendations and explain menu items clearly.

·           Maintain personal hygiene standards.

·           Provide excellent customer service (greeting & smilling).

·           Handle customer feedback and complaints in a calm and professional manner.

·           Maintain positive body language, eye contact and professional appearance.

·           Suggest add-ons, combos, and seasonal promotions confidently.
