Requirements
- Qualification: Posses a Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering/ Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar industry is required
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office application such as Excel and Word.
- Capable of preparing sales forecast, report and maintaining accurate client database.
- Experience in liaising with internal teams and customers for timely project delivery and client satisfaction
- Dynamic ambitious and self motivated with a result oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales quotations and proposal tailored to client needs
- Identifying new market opportunities, building relationship with potential and existing clients, ensuring and providing outstanding customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
- Attend and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback and correspondence
- Build and expand the customer database
- Perform costing functions, including product and sales costs, product development costs and related process
- Review cost breakdown to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Work closely wit internal teams, including the Project Teams, to achieve targeted business goals and ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate with other departments
