Requirements
Degree in HR or related field.
Experience - At least 6 years of hands-on experience in HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong command of Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in managing and implementing HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
Location - Must be willing to work in Sg Bakau, Rawang, Selangor
Responsibilities
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to exit management.
Drive talent acquisition strategies - job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement and monitor HR policies in line with company objectives and legal compliance.
Conduct performance management reviews and support career development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a motivated workforce.
Maintain and update accurate HR records with strict confidentiality.
