Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team of production staff.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor production projects to successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify production inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

Proficiency in strategic planning, with the ability to contribute to the development and execution of long-term production goals and objectives.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members, other departments, and senior management.

Experience in team management, including performance appraisal, training, and conflict resolution.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and best practices relevant to a 250-employee organization.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Commitment to upholding safety standards and quality control measures on the production floor.

Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations within the manufacturing/production department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Implement and monitor production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and workflow to meet production targets and deadlines.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing production data, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production processes and product quality.

Manage departmental budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and quality management systems.

Develop and implement strategic plans for the production department, aligning with the overall company objectives and growth strategies.

Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and training needs within the production team.

Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular reports on production performance, challenges, and future plans.
