Exhibit excellent customer service skills, including greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Possess strong order-taking abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in serving customers.

Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to effectively assist customers with their selections.

Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.

Ability to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Take customer orders for food and beverages accurately and efficiently, utilizing menu knowledge to answer questions and provide recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders, collect payments, and manage cash transactions accurately.

Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers.

Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and service area for events and special occasions.
