- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

- 2-5 years experience in Indoor Sales, Marketing, preferably in FMCG Manufacturing or distribution.

- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.

- Able to work independently and Positive attitude.

- Proficient in MS Office and experience with SQL system is added advantage.

- Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is an added advantage (Listening, Speaking, and Writing).

·        Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.

·        Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up on delivery schedules.

·        Maintain customer accounts, update CRM and sales records.

·        Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.

·        Assist in invoicing, credit control and resolving customer issues.

·        Support sales reporting, targets tracking and promotional campaigns.

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

·        Managing daily operations on third-party platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or the company's proprietary E-shop.

·        Uploading products, managing descriptions, and optimizing product listings (SEO) with appropriate creative assets.

·        Undertake special or ad-hoc tasks when required from time to time.
