Requirements
Possess a Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the safety solutions industry.
Proven track record of successfully selling fall protection equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Strong knowledge of 3M and Scott Safety products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Experience in business development, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the Malaysian market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Technical sales acumen with the ability to understand and explain technical specifications of safety equipment.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Fall Protection and PPE products (3M & Scott Safety) to achieve sales targets within the designated territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers in various industries.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper usage of Fall Protection and PPE products.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on selecting the appropriate Fall Protection and PPE solutions based on their specific needs and regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the Fall Protection and PPE market to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.
