Requirements
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
At least 1 year of experience in Admin Clerk Field/Store Assistant/Warehouse assistant
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Must know how to use computer and email
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc)
Can work under pressure and fast paced environment
Independent, team player, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out, adjustments, cycle counts)
Prepare and update warehouse documentation (DO, GRN, invoices, reports)
Perform stock checks regularly to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for all warehouse and billing records.
Liaise with Admin Department and Operations Manager for shipment of goods
Handle administrative tasks (filing, reporting, email coordination)
