任职资格

  • Diploma OR degree holder
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin
  • Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Words
  • Time Management and Customer Service skills
  • Require Skills: Computer Skills, Administrative Support, Microsoft Office Suites, Data Entry

岗位职责

  • Create invoice and verification of payment receipt.
  • Trace and track customer parcels.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Monitoring of customer’s orders and follow up through to completion.
