• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Film, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).

• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and RedNote, including current trends and best practices.

• Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals, storytelling, and engaging content.

• Knowledge of filming techniques, lighting, and audio setup is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to experiment with new ideas and formats.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to interpret performance metrics is a plus.

• Must be willing to appear in videos or work behind the camera when required.

• Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves creating and managing both languages content and communicating with Mandarin-speaking audiences.

1. Video Production & Editing

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos that are creative, visually appealing, and platform-optimized.

• Use tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software to deliver high-quality content.

• Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and visual standards.

2. Content Ideation & Concept Development

• Develop fun, trendy, and relatable content ideas that resonate with target audiences.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign briefs and brainstorm sessions.

• Script and storyboard concepts when needed to streamline production.

3. Trend Monitoring & Adaptation

• Stay updated on viral trends, challenges, audio, and cultural moments on Facebook, TikTok, Reels, and RedNote.

• Incorporate timely and relevant trends into content strategy to increase reach and engagement.

• Experiment with new formats and styles to keep content fresh and competitive.

4. Social Media Support & Campaign Execution

• Assist in developing content calendars and publishing schedules.

• Support promotional campaigns and product launches with tailored video content.

• Create assets for cross-platform use (e.g., teaser clips, behind-the-scenes footage, thumbnails).

5. Content Management & Reporting

• Organize media assets and maintain a structured content library.

• Track performance of video content and contribute insights for optimization.

• Ensure consistent publishing and timely delivery across social platforms.

• Support additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the marketing team, such as assisting with live events, preparing presentation materials, or coordinating with external partners.
