Requirements
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Perform basic system administration tasks, including user account management, software updates, and system monitoring.
Support IT projects by assisting with documentation, testing, and implementation tasks under the guidance of senior IT staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware problems, such as printer issues, connectivity problems, and component failures.
Help maintain IT inventory and asset management records.
Gain exposure to database management principles and assist with routine data entry or backup tasks as needed.
Understand and support basic network administration tasks, including cabling, switch configuration, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively with users and team members in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT challenges.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware problems, such as PC malfunctions, printer issues, and connectivity problems.
Help manage and maintain company databases, ensuring data integrity and performing basic backup and recovery operations.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on network administration tasks, including basic switch and router configuration and troubleshooting.
Document IT procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting steps to build a knowledge base for the IT department.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies.
Assist in managing IT inventory, including hardware and software assets, and ensuring proper tracking and allocation.
