Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- At least 2 years of BOOKKEEPING experience
- Proficient in computer skills and using cloud services such as Google Drive and other apps
- Great knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
- Attention to details
- Owns a laptop and a high speed Internet
- Excited to work in international setting
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and data entry
- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, as well as balance sheets, and prepare annual financial reports
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Issue invoices for clients and match invoices with payments
- Be alert of deadlines e.g. when payments are overdue
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results regularly to consultants
- Monitor client’s expenses and is aware of any irregularity or over budget
- Document management in cloud - to organize documents neatly
- Administrative support and general office work
