Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant accounting qualification (minimum Diploma with experience or equivalent)

About the role
As an Accounts Executive at GEST HOLDINGS SDN. BHD., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial operations and reporting. This full-time position is based in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the organisation's success.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Provide support for the month-end and year-end closing process
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and timely
Comply with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations
Support the manager in the yearly audit processes
