Minimum Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business or as equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer service working experience; experience in the industry of home products and electrical appliances is an advantage.
Good oral and written skills in Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia
Candidate with good phone etiquette and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage.
Candidate with documentation and billing experience will be added advantage.
Mature, disciplined, and able to follow SOP and leader's instructions.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Demonstrate strengths in interpersonal, team player and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Responsibility:
Provide friendly and efficient service to our clients.
Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations.
Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared
Responses to customer emails and calls are timely.
Gather and update information and troubleshoot problems using available resources efficiently.
Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.
Any adhoc as and when required.
