Requirements
Diploma in Business Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
Training will be provided.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft SQL Server is an added advantage.
Possession of own transport will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide support and troubleshoot client issues via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote access.
Record client interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Deliver on-site training and support to clients when required.
