Requirements

• 工作地点:必须愿意在安邦 D'Rapport 公寓全职现场工作。

Education: Minimum Secondary/SPM/‘O’ Level certification.

Experience:Entry-level position;Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply as professional training will be provided.

Language Skills:Proficiency inEnglish and Mandarin is essential. Mandarin is the primary language required to effectively communicate with brand headquarters and our core clientele.

Sales Mindset: Exhibit a foundational understanding of sales management principles, closing techniques, and a results-driven attitude.

Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Learning Agility:Strong willingness to learn technical and electrical knowledge related toGoldenHome(cabinetry),AUPU(appliances), andTuya Smart (IoT/Home Automation).

Work Location:Must be willing to work full-time onsite atD'Rapport Residence, Ampang.

Responsibilities

•  潜在客户开发:通过展厅客流和客户推荐等多种渠道识别和筛选新销售线索。

• 专业演示:进行专业的产品演示,展示GoldenHome定制的卓越特性以及Tuya和AUPU解决方案的智能集成。

• 方案与谈判:准备并提交专业的销售方案和报价;协商条款并达成交易以实现销售目标。

• 销售流程管理:在Excel/Google表格中系统地跟踪线索、商机和活动,以确保准确的报告和持续的跟进。

• 协作:与销售团队及其他部门紧密合作,确保项目顺利执行和客户满意度达到高水平。

• 市场洞察:及时了解行业趋势、智能家居发展和竞争对手活动,以保持竞争优势并提升产品专业知识。

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including showroom walk-ins and referrals.

Expert Demonstration: Conduct professional product presentations, showcasing the premium features of GoldenHome customization and the smart integration of Tuya and AUPU solutions.

Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and submit professional sales proposals and quotations; negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Pipeline Management: Systematically track leads, opportunities, and activities in Excel/Google Sheets to ensure accurate reporting and consistent follow-ups.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, smart home developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and enhance product expertise.
