Requirements
Experience in business development and product development.
Experience in Construction, Automation, HVAC, or insulation-related industries will be an added advantage.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with both local and international customers.
Develop and execute new business strategies to drive growth.
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities, including arranging meetings.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Expand customer base within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new potential products and opportunities.
Promote existing and new products to both existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research and report on competitors’ activities, pricing, and market share.
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments within credit terms.
Prepare and submit regular visit and activity reports.
Support and participate in trade exhibitions and company events.
Implement initiatives arising from strategic meetings.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Support feasibility studies and assist in planning investment and growth strategies.
