Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling and planning

Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, power, or industrial projects (BOP experience is an advantage)

Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6

Strong understanding of project lifecycle, EPC workflows, and construction sequencing

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera (P6)

Prepare/review and update baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource-loaded schedules

Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation/recovery plans

Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients

Support tender planning, including schedule development and resource planning

Ensure compliance with project milestones, contractual requirements, and reporting standards
