Requirements
Minimum education: SPM and above
Language required: English & Mandarin
Required skills: Barista Skills, Bartending, Customer Service, POS Systems, Communication Skills

Basic knowledge of coffee making techniques
Basic knowledge of cocktail making techniques
Basic cash handling or POS system skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Prepare a full range of beverages, including coffee, non-coffee drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Create drinks according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Ensure all beverages are prepared in a professional, consistent, and timely manner
Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and bar tools safely and efficiently
Maintain and ensure cleanliness and proper functionality of all barista and bar equipment
Follow all operational safety procedures when handling equipment
Greet customers warmly and maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide table service for food and beverages when required
Recommend drinks and upsell based on customer preferences and needs
Maintain cleanliness of bar, coffee counter, dining area, and all workstations
Clear and clean tables before and after customer use
Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, alcohol, and other ingredients
Assist in inventory ordering and stock replenishment when necessary
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all materials and supplies
Perform outlet opening and closing duties, including cashier handling
Support daily operational procedures as required
Assist in creating and developing new or seasonal drink menus
Stay updated on beverage trends and product knowledge for better recommendations
Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Participate in events, promotions, and marketing activities when required
Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or management
