Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation & Excel.
At least 2-year experience in the related field

Proficient in written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Can work independently
Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in the construction company will be added advantage.
Result oriented with a strong sense of urgency and managing to handle and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Liaise with Suppliers, and team members and report to superior.
Prepare and key in the Purchase Order by using computer software.
To ensure proper documentation and filing system of correspondences.
Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers on purchased items/engaged services.
Negotiable for the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service) with suppliers for management review.
To request for quotations & materials sample from potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors.
To evaluate the prices and quality on materials quoted by the potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors.
To submit price comparison for Purchasing Manager’s approval.
To issue Purchase Order based on Approved MRF from site.
Attend to calls / visits from suppliers.
Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior / HOD.
