Achieve sales targets, manage accounts, and support accounts receivable (A/R) collection.
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Manage sales pipeline, conduct regular client visits, and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
Handle enquiries, prepare quotations/proposals, and follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and support promotional activities/events (e.g., demo days).
