Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the account and relationship managementdomain
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term partnerships with clients
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Familiarity with the sales industry and understanding of the competitive landscape
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and activities
Able to communicate in Mandarin
Having relevant experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Business / Mgmt Consulting sector, leveraging market research and industry insights to generate qualified leads.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base, focusing on small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and potential corporate clients.
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, translating findings into actionable business development plans.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of POSTEL DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD's consulting services.
Collaborate closely with the consulting team to understand service offerings and ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, adhering to company guidelines and profitability objectives.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management, contributing to strategic planning and business forecasting.
