Requirements
Minimum diploma in human resources, management or similar.
Proven experience in an HR role in retail or food and services industry.
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Must be approachable and helpful.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel records
Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process monthly payroll as per company polices
Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Provide administrative support to management and/or department head
Answer employees' queries and provide requested information about HR-related issues
Recruit and post job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
Arrange and perform interviews with prospective employees in a timely manner
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation
Plan & implements special event for staff welfare
To update schedule for all department
To check and update staff attendance on weekly basis
To do hostel spot check
To plan and assist in foreign workers FOMEMA check ups
To represent company at all related government bodies for all HR related matters (eg: JTK, immigration and etc)
Any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior
