Requirements
- SPM or Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate learning methodologies for kindergarten-aged children.
- Ability to develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating creativity and play-based learning.
- Excellent classroom management skills, including the ability to foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Possess a patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing demeanor, with a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational goals of the school.
- Basic understanding of curriculum development and adapting educational materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate strategies.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and well-being.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and any concerns.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials, learning aids, and resources to facilitate effective teaching and learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning community where all children feel valued and respected.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
