Possess minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
Able to do Admin task
Able to key in data accurately.
Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Responsibilities
Attendance Management:
Check daily attendance, including overtime and leave, and maintain accurate records.
Payroll Data Management:
Import attendance data to SQL payroll system for processing.
Healthcare Coordination :
Schedule and accompany foreign workers for medical check-ups, including doctor visits and FOMEMA screenings.
Procurement:
Purchase necessary hardware and supplies as required by the company.
Immigration Compliance:
Maintain records of foreign worker passports and levy expiration dates, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Inventory Management:
Regularly check and maintain inventory levels of hardware, personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, gloves, etc.
Lorry Trip Monitoring:
Monitor and record lorry trips for accurate salary records and operational planning.
