Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Professional certifications in HVAC systems and management are highly desirable.

• 3-5 years related working experience is required for this position.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Proven experience in managing HVAC operations, including team leadership, resource allocation, and project management.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of relevant industry codes, regulations, and standards.

• Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented, work independently and collaboratively and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our HVAC project department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients. As a Project Manager, you will lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers and provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your expertise in HVAC systems, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining and growing our reputation as a leading provider of HVAC services.

Responsibilities:

• Overall project management including project costing, planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring and finalisation of account.

• Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians, and engineers including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Oversee all aspects of the HVAC department's operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.

• Engage and negotiate with suppliers for project costing, review and examine conformity of engineering design, drawings and documentations with specifications and contract documents.

• Preparation and review of Monthly Project Progress & Financial Report.

• Responsible for on time delivery of projects and within the budgeted scope and cost, timely collection of billings and retention sums release.

• Provide technical support and engineering solutions to main-con/sub-con/architect/consultant/client during project execution stage.

• Responsible for project liaison, coordination and reporting with main-con/sub-con/architect/consultant/client.

• Any other task assigned by the General Manager from time to time.
