Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years experience as Account Executive / Accounts Assistant
- Experience handling full set accounts is an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting standards and basic taxation
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language (eg: Mandarin) skills are an advantage.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Handle full / partial set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and schedules
- Monitor customer collections, ageing reports, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain petty cash, expenses, and proper accounting documentation
- Assist in audit, taxation, and year-end closing
- Maintain accurate data in accounting software (SAP / SQL )
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
