Support and mentor new team members, helping them build confidence and master essential job skills.
Maintain high standards of grooming and presentation among all service crew to ensure a professional brand image.
Deliver outstanding customer service and inspire team members to create memorable guest experiences.
Actively monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, resolving any issues promptly and positively.
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, including unloading trucks and efficiently storing raw materials.
Manage stock levels through regular checks, ensuring proper inventory rotation and availability of key items.
Handle basic sales reporting and documentation to support daily business tracking and decision-making.
Uphold company policies and operational standards to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, both front and back of house.
Take initiative in completing other duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
