Job Description

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

• 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

• Experience in B2B marketing environments.

• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and CapCut. 

• A passion for digital marketing and the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

• Experience in managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS).

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create engaging content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategy in the form of print materials, videos/images for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS and the website.

  • Create a variety of digital and print materials including logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website design elements, and more.

  • Write and edit content for various social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent tone and style to build awareness and retain followers.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).

  • Work closely with cross-department teams to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages for print and digital platforms.

  • To prepare reports in a timely manner on the campaigns’ performance.

  • To conduct market research, to analyse and to identify the latest trends/technologies to stay abreast of the industry trends.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).

  • Stay updated with new design tools, techniques, and software to improve efficiency and creativity.
