Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or a similar role.

Proficiency in using accounting software and systems

Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis is a strong asset.

Excellent understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective communication with diverse clients and internal teams.

Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and process invoices, statements, and payment reminders accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under the guidance of senior accountants.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.

Assist with data entry and ensure the integrity of financial data within the accounting system.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information and documentation.

Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Help in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits.

Utilize accounting software and potentially SQL for data retrieval and analysis as needed.
