Invoicing
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments
Accounts Payable
- Review and process vendor invoices
- Ensure timely payments
Bookkeeping
- Record daily financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements accurately
Customer Support
- Respond to billing enquiries
- Resolve payment discrepancies
Filing & Documentation
- Maintain organized financial records (digital & physical) for audit and tax purposes
Administrative Tasks
- Assist with general administrative duties as required
