Experience in telesales / banking / loan industry is an added advantage.

Good communication skills in English & Malay.

Confident, persuasive, and motivated in sales.

Able to work under pressure and meet targets.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Make outbound calls to potential customers (government staff) to promote loan products.

Explain loan packages, interest rates/profit rates, and eligibility clearly.

Collect customer information and perform basic eligibility screening.

Follow up with customers until all documents are completed.

Assist customers in preparing and submitting loan documents.

Achieve monthly sales targets (calls, leads & loan approvals).

Record customer details accurately in the system.

Provide excellent and professional customer service.
