• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable plus-size lingerie

• Assist customers with product selection, fitting guidance, and styling advice

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Xiaohongshu)

• Promote products and drive sales to achieve individual and store targets

• Create engaging short-form video content (e.g. Xiaohongshu / TikTok style) to promote products and brand awareness

• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards

• Handle stock replenishment, tagging, and basic inventory tasks

• Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat business
