Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
Good organizational and communication skills.
Hardworking, willing to learn and self-motivated.
Full-Time Position Available.
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
6 days work 10-6pm
Responsibilities
Performing a broad variety of personal and administrative tasks including handling company and personal errands.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, paper works and tracking.
Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of information.
Ensure all documents are complete and updated within time given.
To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone inquiries quickly and professionally.
