At least 1 year of experience in cabinet design and drafting

Strong sales skills, with the ability to convert design proposals into successful sales

Proficient in 3D design software (e.g. SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cabinet Vision, or equivalent) to produce kitchen layouts and realistic renderings

Ability to understand customer needs and provide creative, functional kitchen cabinet solutions

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills when explaining designs, materials, and pricing to clients

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple client projects and orders simultaneously

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales and production teams

Design customized cabinet solutions to meet clients’ needs and preferences

Manage the sales process from initial client consultation to order completion

Conduct on-site measurements independently to ensure design accuracy and feasibility

Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the production team to communicate design specifications and resolve any issues
