Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or showroom environment is an advantage
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude
• Sales-driven, motivated, and target-focused
• Basic computer skills (e.g., system input, Google Sheets, or POS system)
• Good time management and ability to multitask
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding in-store experience
• Recommend products based on customers’ needs and lifestyle
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
• Manage customer relationships and follow up on leads
• Handle inquiries (walk-in & online) professionally and promptly
• Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Coordinate with team members on stock, orders, and deliveries
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer data

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for sales, retail, or home living products
• Good communication skills (BM, English & Mandarin preferred)
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn

Working Hours

• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM on 2 shifts
• 6-day work week and 1 weekday off
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays
