Requirements
Candidates must have at least an SPM education or above
Have at least 1 year of experience in the QSR field
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Leading and responsible for maintaining the highest morale among restaurant employees
Responsibilities
Has the entire responsibility of the shift and plays a role to the restaurant manager to launch all tasks throughout the shift.
Supervise the cleanliness of the entire restaurant through the Cleaning Chart.
Ensure float money to cashiers is properly managed, submit accurate shift reports.
Responsible for balancing shift changes with cashiers and may be tasked with depositing sales money in the bank.
Managing staff welfare such as meal times, personal problems and so on
