Requirement:

• at least 1 year of industry experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (to liaise with KOLs and talents)

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Interest in social media, marketing, or content creation is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for marketing campaigns and content production

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and marketing team

• Assist in sourcing and booking talents for video shoots, including KOLs, models, and dancers

• Assist Creative director in coordinate all for content production, including:

• Flight ticket bookings

• Transportation arrangements

• Venue sourcing and booking

• Props and costume sourcing

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, video shoots, and social media content (e.g. reels, short videos)

• Assist in talent scouting for marketing and content creation purposes

• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
