At Jungle House, we’re passionate about sharing the goodness of pure honey and creating memorable in-store experiences. We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail team, engage with customers, and drive sales growth for our premium honey products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience & Sales
Lead the team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
Coach and guide team members on Jungle House’s hosting style, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Jungle House honey products.
Encourage and manage in-store activities, including special promotions and product consultations.
Resolve customer enquiries and feedback professionally on the spot.
2. Brand & Store Presentation
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Jungle House’s values and culture inside and outside the store.
Maintain high standards of store environment, product displays, and staff presentation.
Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are executed effectively.
Build strong relationships within the local community to grow brand awareness and sales.
3. Sales & Performance Management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, taking action to achieve targets.
Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and upselling skills.
Plan and execute in-store promotions to boost sales.
Manage store expenses and ensure cost control to maximize profitability.
4. Operations
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, store security, cash handling, and housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Maintain sufficient stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control.
Conduct regular stock checks to minimize loss and wastage.
5. Leadership & People Development
Lead by example, creating a positive and motivating work environment.
Coach, mentor, and train team members to meet performance standards.
Support recruitment and probation review for new hires.
Maintain high grooming and service standards across the team.
