Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within the Malaysian market.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with fluency in both Mandarin and English.

  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Kuala Lumpur market, leveraging market research to understand customer needs and potential.

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets for the company's products/services.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share in the region.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and adherence to company policies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales efforts.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
