Proven 1-2 years’ experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.

Fresh grades are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malays , English and Mandarin. 

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
• Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable Solar products or services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the system.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
• Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
