Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Good understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic presentation tools

  • A positive attitude with a strong passion for sales, marketing, and customer service

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote company products and services

  • Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic planning

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer experience

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress

  • Follow up consistently with leads and clients to maximize conversion and retention rates

  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking sessions when required
