Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support one of the following functions: Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The intern will be assigned to a specific function based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Assigned Function)
1. Performance Management (Seri Kembangan – Office Based)
Assist in coordinating performance review cycles
Support tracking and updating of employee performance data
Prepare performance-related reports and documentation
Maintain confidentiality of employee records
Willing to travel and work at different locations as required
OR
2. Talent Acquisition (TA) (Seri Kembangan – Office Based)
Assist in job postings and candidate sourcing
Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
Communicate with candidates and hiring managers
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
OR
3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (Seri Kembangan & Pusat Sains Negara)
Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives and events
Coordinate logistics and stakeholder participation
Support engagement with internal and external partners
Support and participate in STEM-related activities and programs at PSN
Prepare reports and documentation for CSR initiatives
Travel frequently between locations as required
